This fan animation features Fleet Admiral Akainu facing off against the leader of the Revolutionary Army, Monkey D. Dragon. While the location is unknown, they are surrounded by flames which is likely the effect of Akainu’s (potentially awakened) Magma-Magma Fruit, which implies that they’ve been fighting for a while.
After Akainu taunts him, Dragon unleashes a tornado (considering it has been heavily speculated for decades that he has the wind-wind fruit.
The camera then pans out to the One Piece planet to show the extent of his abilities. It resembles that of a hurricane.
Dragon declares that it’s time to end things, then it cuts to the to be continued screen.
